We had scheduled our move and confirmed everything. The day of the move, at the time when they were supposed to have showed, they called to cancel/reschedule. Wasn’t any good because we needed our stuff out that day.

Everyone I interacted with, by phone or in person, was professional and friendly. Gunner and Tracy kept me up to date and were great in understanding my situation of moving my late mother's things to two different locations. The three guys who moved me we great! They were down to earth, professional, fun to work with, and overall great (even when we ran into a few hiccups). I will NEVER use another moving company, and I've used a few!

Next Step came through for my family in a huge way during what was (is!) a hard time. Thankful for the friendliness of Dustin and his initial crew that came out, and for Tate and David who followed up on Day 2 of our pack-and-move. Tracy handled all the admin stuff and did an exceptional job, and Gunnar assisted at the outset and provided quality service. Well done, friends, you’ve got my future referrals!

We were very satisfied with the service on our move. They loaded and unloaded a large home without breaking anything. The owner is very nice and came to check on us a few times. The office assistant was also very nice and helpful. I recommend Next Step Moving.

The three employees (Will, Lucas & Coley) arrived when they said they would and did not stop working until the items where all loaded and ready to transport. They wrapped the furniture items and other individual items with perfection! They took due care with all of my items! I would recommend Next Step Moving to anyone!

Great move start to finish with Next Step Moving. Gunner took great care of us during the quote & preparations. Then the crew showed up and knocked it out of the park for two days straight. Dustin, CJ, Will, Chris, Landon and a couple of other guys were incredible through a large move with multiple stops. Professional, efficient, and courteous; best moving experience by far. Highly recommended.

The folks at Next Step moving were just wonderful. The estimate process was easy and the communication was excellent. I was provided with clear timelines for arrival and updates when there was a change. The crew was polite, efficient and showed concern for my possessions. Tracy, the dispatcher, checked in several times throughout the day of the move to make sure things were going well. They went above and beyond by taking my TV down and putting my bed frame together. I will recommend them to anyone needing to move. Thanks for making my move as stress free as possible!

Recently moved in-state from Nashville to Maryville. Everything went as planned. My youthful movers, Marshall, Jacob and Blake were courteous and mature beyond their years. Steve from the Next Step office visited my home twice; once to review with me what needed moving and again on moving day to coordinate all phases with the actual moving team. My furniture (including a family heirloom grandfather clock) was carefully prepared with shrink wrap and blankets. The packing, delivery and uploading was completed in one day. I am 100% satisfied with Gunner Osborne and everyone from Next Step Moving and highly recommend them - whether local or across the state.They did everything that was in our contract and then some. It was timely and the pricing was competitive with other providers. Moving is difficult enough with having problems with your moving company.

Gunner was very professional yet down to earth, Steve was communicative and clear, and the movers themselves, Phillipé (pictured in the middle) and Isaac (on the right), were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating.After nightmare upon nightmare wasting time talking to bogus moving companies, finding Next Step Moving was truly an answered prayer. They are 100% LEGIT and will not charge you a PENNY more than you're initially quoted.I honestly don't know how anyone in any other state finds movers without getting scammed, but I'm SO thankful for Next Step Moving!!!

Gunner, Steve, Zack, and Marshall (I think that’s everyone) were fantastic and I’m so glad I found them on Thumbtack!! These guys hustle, gave me the best price with the best customer service experience, and ensured peace of mind with a last minute move to Kentucky. Zack and Marshall were top tier with moving my antiques, and quelled my nervous Nancy fears of any damage in transit. They moved everything same day into my new high rise, and made the whole process stress free! Plus they’re funny and down to earth people. Very happy with my move thanks guys!!

I first saw some guy hustling up to our door on our Ring camera putting a flyer on our door. I kept that flyer with others sent by mail. I sorted by top rated companies for moving and Next Step Moving was among them. The bid was in line with everyone else, we decided to reward the hustle. The moving team did a great job working with our flight of stairs at the front of the house (a full story high) and delivered appliances to our storage unit. Finally they helped us put a full house of furniture into our new apartment. All three men worked hard and had great attitudes on a hot day.Thankful that we chose Next Step Moving, we will look forward to hiring them one more time in six months when we move into our new home.

Jon and Phillip helped my husband and I move from Jackson, TN to Navarre, FL. They packaged everything well, were efficient and quick in doing so, and made sure everything was where it needed to go in our new house. They helped answer any questions we had and always kept us informed on what was going on. I can’t thank or recommend Next Step Moving enough!! Gunner and his team were fantastic!!!

Next Step Moving is the BEST! We were moving from 5,000 sq ft office space on the second floor with no elevator, into a new build 10,000 sq foot office space, and Next Step completed the move seamlessly! We had to change our move-in date due to delays we were having with inspections and they were able to be totally flexible and work with our schedule! They were quick, efficient, and made what would typically be a stressful experience one that was perfectly calm. All of our furniture made it over in the exact same condition it left in, and they also put together close to 20 desks/tables for us too! I'm SO glad we used Next Step for our move!
